IGNIS

Lifestyle Content and Podcast Room

Our Lifestyle content and podcast room is meticulously designed to foster engaging and dynamic conversations, providing a well-equipped environment for recording. This space is ideal for podcast recording, content creation, and small gatherings, comfortably accommodating a maximum of 6 people.

RULES & GUIDELINES

  • Must bring a change of shoes for insideAlso no black soled shoes

  • NO GLITTER. NO SLIME. NO OILS

  • we must be notified 24hrs before the time of booking to have it ready

  • In the event that the equipment is damaged, lost, or not accounted for by the end of your booking, you are liable to pay full cost of replacement or repairs.

  • Any stains, destruction of property, or leaving of garbage will in turn require a cleaning fee.

    N/A Co.llective studio is not responsible for any lost or stolen items

  • Any full day shoot, event or workshop will automatically generate a $250 cleaning fee which will ba added to your invoice.

  • Please note that you are allowed to move decor and pieces between sets, we just ask that you return the items to their original place before leaving. But we ask that you only use/shoot in the room that you booked. The N/A & Co. offices are strictly off-limits.

FAQs

  • This depends on which room is booked. Each room has its own occupancy amount so please check under room details.

  • We understand that sometimes things come up, but we please ask that you contact us with notice. If cancelled prior to 72 hours before the booking time, we refund 50% of the deposit and hold the other 50% as credit for a future booking. If cancelled less than 72 hours before booking time, there is no refund and 100% of the deposit is held as credit for a future booking. If you are looking to reschedule, please find the policy below.

  • Rescheduling is always an option. Please reach out and we can reschedule to a future date at our earliest convenience.

  • The minimum booking time for all rooms is 2 hours in SEDI and METAM and 1h30 for IGNIS . Please note that this includes set up and take down time, as well as any cleaning.

  • There is paid parking available on the St-Laurent and free parking available on Louvain.

  • Yes. In the case of cancellation, please refer to our cancellation policy for the conditional return of deposit.

  • We currently only have equipment available for rent in our podcast room. This includes mics and a cameras. Clients are required to bring in their own lighting and other equipment for the other rooms.

  • We have a changing area available within the studio space. However, we also have access to the shared washroom if that is better suited to your needs.

  • We do not require a late notice, however, there will be no additional time added to your booking.

  • Yes, our studio is all on one level with freight elevator access to the studio floor.
